Service Description

This session covers the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method. You will be guided through the powerful application of breathing, cold exposure, and mindset. You will learn about the underlying physiology and science behind the method, how to optimise body and brain, reset your stress response, and enhance performance. A great combination of theory and practice, this session includes practical guided breathing, and cold exposure via ice bath.
