Class
Focusing on the breathing component of the Wim Hof Method, the session is intended for everyone - both new learners, and experienced.
The session includes an extended practical, guided breathing session, and meditative practices for relaxation.

There is ample opportunity for questions and guidance.

Advanced Class - for
Repeat Attendees
This session is intended only for people who have already completed the Wim Hof Method Fundamentals workshop, and who wish to continue the practice with guidance from an instructor.
These are shorter, condensed sessions that focus on practice over theory.
After a brief recap of the method (if required), we transition straight into an immersive breathing session, followed by an energizing ice bath experience.
